Returns & complaints

Returns are products that have been delivered incorrectly or where the packaging is damaged. A complaint, on the other hand, must be based on a material defect in the actual product (already at the time of delivery).


This way you can request a return or complaint from us:

  1. Fill out the returns request form
  2. Send us the form by e-mail to rma@eno.de
  3. You will receive feedback from us within three working days
