The ECC ESC Repair and Service Centre is a sister company of ENO that offers fast and competent repair processing.
ENO partners can utilise the strong alliance between the two companies and thus offer their customers an exclusive repair option. This is not only fast - it is also sustainable, as no unnecessary packaging material is used.
This is how it works:
The dealer sends the repair devices to the ECC ESC using the enclosed Free-WayTicket. The devices are repaired in Nordhorn in the shortest possible time and returned in the repair box.
Ensure that sufficient packaging material is placed between the appliances for protection. Optionally, enclose a delivery note with the fault description of the appliances.
Attach the enclosed seal to guarantee that the devices are protected against unauthorised access and theft.
Attach the enclosed returns label and send the repair box to UPS or DHL.
The ECC ESC is an authorised and certified service partner for all major hardware manufacturers. Retailers can therefore expand their range to include fast repairs for smartphones, tablets, wearables, surfsticks, accessories, routers and VR glasses.

Please read and confirm: Only specialised dealers of ENO telecom GmbH are eligible to participate. Wholesalers, distributors, retailers and e-commerce customers are excluded from participation. There is no entitlement to participate in the promotion. Only customers who order and use the repair box will receive the free PoS starter set. ENO telecom GmbH reserves the right to exclude individual customers or customer groups from participation without giving reasons.
